Effective Date: July 28, 2026 These Terms & Conditions govern all website access, LUNOVA Club membership, LUNOVA AI Studio usage, and all product purchases on our official site. LUNOVA brand, website, AI software and intimate wellness merchandise are fully owned and operated by LUNOVA.

4. Purchase & Payment Terms

- All orders depend on stock availability. Full refunds will be issued within 3 business days if items run out after payment

6. Prohibited User Conduct
